I recently participated in an 18-hour online basic coaching course that Patti led. It far exceeded what I thought was possible via the internet and was one of the best learning experiences in which I have taken part.
Over 6 days, Patti walked us through the basics of effective coaching, using materials developed by Keith Webb. I appreciated the simplicity and clarity of those materials and of Patti’s teaching. Interwoven into her instruction were opportunities for practice with fellow-students, which was invaluable. The practice made coaching come to life, as we learned to follow Keith Webb’s approach.
